What's the largest rodent, is that your question?  Now or that ever lived?  Let me answer both.

First, my largest living relative (and largest living rodent) is the Capybara.  Cousin Capybara, when snacking on junk food and not exercising regularly can weigh up to 110-pounds (50 kilograms)!   How much do you weigh?

I also had a cousin once who lived about 8 million years ago, Phoberomys pattersoni.  He was the size of a buffalo (literally) and weighed about 1,500 pounds (700 kilograms) - more than 10 times the size of my cousin the capybara!!!  My family used to call him "buff-a-rodent", that would make him so mad (they couldn't pronounce Phoberomys!!!).
